Exclusive formula by 3D!   Our C-2 Sealer contains Teflon®, a strong bonding agent which will increase the bonding strength of any eyelash extension adhesive. It also protects the lashes from dust and residue. Does not inhibit the lash growth cycle in any way.   MADE IN USA

Apply C2 Sealer a few minutes after final lash application once the lashes are fully dried.
